01God's got a cool plan to help you think straight

Joyce Meyer has a simple yet powerful message for us: God has a wonderful plan to help us think more clearly. This idea is based on the belief that our thoughts and choices are shaped by many things, and by following God's plan, we can think more clearly and make better choices. First, let's understand that our thoughts are influenced by many things. These can be outside things like what's popular or what our friends think, or inside things like our own beliefs and values. For example, you might feel like you have to agree with your friends, even if you don't really believe the same thing. This can make you feel confused and unsure, and it can be hard to think clearly and make good choices. But Joyce Meyer says that if we turn to God and the teachings of the Bible, we can find a way to think more clearly. This doesn't mean just following religious rules without thinking, but using them as a guide to help us understand life better. For example, a part of the Bible, Romans 12:2, tells us not to just do what everyone else is doing, but to let God change the way we think. This means we should try to think for ourselves, instead of just following the crowd. In real life, this might mean standing up for what you believe is right, even if it's not popular. It could also mean staying away from things that make it hard for you to think clearly. By doing this, you're not only being true to yourself, but you're also thinking and acting in a way that you believe is right. Joyce Meyer also tells us to use the tools God has given us to think clearly. This includes reading the Bible regularly and thinking about what it says, which can give us helpful advice and guidance. It also means being careful and not letting ourselves be fooled by things that aren't true. In short, the idea is that God has given us everything we need to think clearly and make good choices. By using these tools and staying true to what we believe, we can face life's challenges with confidence and clear thinking. According to Joyce Meyer, this is the wonderful plan that God has for us.

02If you're confused, it might be because you're being tempted to do something bad

Imagine you're in a maze with lots of different paths, but you're not sure which one to take. That's what confusion feels like. It's like your mind is all jumbled up and you can't figure out what to do. Let's say you have to make a big decision, but you're not sure what the right choice is. You're stuck between different options, each with its own good and bad points. This is what we call confusion. In times like these, you might ask God for help. You might ask Him to guide you and give you the wisdom to make the right choice. God doesn't want us to be confused. He wants us to have a clear mind and to know what's right and what's wrong. But there's someone else who wants the opposite. This is the Lying One, or the enemy. He loves it when we're confused because he can use it to trick us into making the wrong choices. He might try to make us doubt ourselves or believe things that aren't true. For example, let's say you didn't do well on a math test. The Lying One might use this to make you doubt your abilities. He might try to make you believe that you're not good at math and that you'll never get better, so there's no point in trying. But these are lies. Just because you didn't do well on one test doesn't mean you're not good at math or that you can't get better. It just means you need to study more or find a different way to study. So, confusion is like being in a maze. It's a sign that the Lying One is trying to trick us into making the wrong choices. But we need to stay strong, ask God for guidance, and not let doubt or lies lead us away from what we know is right.
